AI for firms whose files can't go to a shared cloud.
Decision-first AI agents for owner-run firms. Every answer is checked before anyone acts. We're building it to run privately: one system per firm, on open-weight AI, in Canada.
Why should you care?
Because AI already answers fast — but you still can't act on what it says without checking everything yourself.
Everyone raced to make AI faster. Nobody asked if the answers were worth acting on.
Every AI gives you an answer. IGNIQ gives you the decision — challenged, verified, and worth acting on.
You pay for AI twice. Once with your money. Once with your know-how.
What did you give away? No IP migration: we're building IGNIQ to run privately, one system per firm, so your contracts and your chats never have to run through a frontier lab's API servers.
That gap is IGNIQ.
The buyer now has a checklist. Every one starts with the same question: where does our data go?
The Ontario General Contractors Association's AI guide asks first: "Where is our data stored — specifically, is it in Canada?" It treats subcontractor pricing as confidential data.
Read the OGCA guide ↗Real estate · 22 October 2026The Real Estate Council of Ontario: keep client data out of public AI tools; find out "where data is stored, if it trains the AI." And: "Use tools built specifically for real estate, as general AI carries higher risks."
Read the RECO guidance ↗Law · Ontario, 2026The Law Society of Ontario asks lawyers to protect client confidentiality and vet their AI vendors. In 2026 its tribunal suspended a licensee for six months over misuse of generative AI.
Read the tribunal decision ↗Canada · June 2026The national AI strategy, AI for All: "Canadian companies store sensitive data in foreign jurisdictions."
Read the AI strategy ↗US law · July 2024American Bar Association Formal Opinion 512: a lawyer needs the client's informed consent before putting client information into a self-learning AI tool.
Read ABA Opinion 512 ↗None of it bans AI. It tells every firm what to ask first. We treat that checklist as our product spec: every line becomes a test IGNIQ must pass.
Guidance, not law. These bodies endorse no vendor, and IGNIQ claims no approval.
Every business runs on the same departments — finance, legal, sales, operations. Agentic AI can staff them with a hundred agents. So can we. That's table stakes: automation gives you your time back.
IGNIQ adds the part that matters:
answers worth acting on.
You don't need a hundred agents. You need a system that thinks.
A team, not a chatbot.
Like walking to a colleague's office — your people visit a dedicated Room for every department, staffed by expert AI agents trained on that domain. The Rooms consult each other, so you never coordinate between departments yourself.
Finance
"Prepare the Q3 cash forecast" — done in minutes.
Legal
"Flag the risk in this supplier contract" — instant.
Operations
"Audit our onboarding for gaps" — complete.
+ Sales · Marketing · Compliance · HR — every department, one platform.
Every department, one platform.
What you're buying.
We're building IGNIQ to run privately: on open-weight AI, on hardware you own or that we run for you in Canada.
A private IGNIQ deployment — your own AI team, installed for your business in four weeks, then a monthly subscription. Dedicated departments trained on your documents, your rules, your way of working; every answer verified before you see it.
One installation, then a monthly subscription — sized to your business.
Next step: a 20-minute working session on one of your real decisions. No deck, no pitch.
Every answer earns its way to your desk.
Fighter pilots don't take off without a brief — every threat accounted for, every assumption stress-tested before wheels leave the ground. The pilot still flies the mission. The brief makes sure the mission is worth flying. IGNIQ builds that brief into every decision your business makes.
We don't promise perfect answers. We show you exactly which checks every answer passed — and the ones it failed.
See it on one of your real decisions →Every answer passes through one core. What fails, you never see. What reaches you, you can act on.
The check has no off switch. Every answer goes through it.
Before you see an answer, IGNIQ attacks it and tries to prove it wrong. If an answer fails, you never see it. The check has no off switch. We don't promise perfect answers; we promise that every answer is checked, and that a person makes the call.
Our verification architecture is protected by two U.S. provisional filings — the first covers the non-bypassable adversarial layer; the second extends it to the evidence and the decision itself.
This is what 7am looks like when your business runs on IGNIQ.
Morning brief. What does my book need before markets open?
Morning brief. What's on the closing docket today?
Pipeline check. What needs to move today?
Q4 close brief. What's at risk before year-end?
Morning brief. What's pouring today and what's at risk?
Your industry isn't here? It doesn't matter what you do — it matters how well you decide.
A wrong hire, a bad renewal, a missed filing — decisions like these are where a business is quietly won or quietly lost.
Get a brief like this for your business →Every day, sharper.
Every decision your firm makes with IGNIQ compounds into institutional memory. The flywheel accelerates. Your competitors are not on it.
Your files belong on your own private system. By design, not by policy.
Three ways to run. Each one a private system for one firm. We're building IGNIQ to run privately: on open-weight AI, on hardware you own or that we run for you in Canada.
On-Site
On your own machine, in your building. Your data stays inside your walls.
Sovereign Cloud
Your own private instance on the NVIDIA GPU rack we are putting in Toronto. No hardware, no IT department.
Dedicated
Enterprise-grade hardware you own, which we run for you: the bare-metal setup defence contractors, banks and hedge funds already use. Your hardware, our team.
All three run open-weight AI. None runs on a shared cloud.
We don't train AI models on your data, and we never sell it.
Your audit trail is yours.
Verified before it compounds
Every insight retained by your firm's memory was stress-tested first. It grows — and stays accurate.

Our logo is an eclipse. The status quo — software built to keep you subscribed, AI that answers fast and never asks if the answer was worth acting on — is the old light. IGNIQ is what rises when it goes dark. The eclipse of the status quo.
I built the system I wanted to run my own business.
I didn't set out to start an AI company. I set out to run my own business better — and the tool I wanted didn't exist, so I built it.
I built it for three reasons.
01I was done with software designed to please me and keep me subscribed. I didn't want a system tuned to hold my attention. I wanted one tuned to sharpen my judgment.
02When a decision matters, I don't want a fast answer — I want to be right. I want intelligence that has already challenged itself, so the confidence I feel is earned, not sold to me.
03And it has to be mine. My data, my infrastructure, my intelligence — sovereign and independent. No one should ever be able to flip a switch and take it away.
I didn't build a better tool. I built the one I needed. That's IGNIQ.
